Project of the Quarter: Clarkson Civil

Hewitt Young Electric’s Site Division has grown exponentially in the last couple of years, becoming a full-fledged beast that has taken on some truly special projects. When Hewitt Young was deciding what project to highlight in our Project of the Quarter celebration, there was one obvious choice: Clarkson Civil.

Lead by Sam Beniamino, Site Division Manager, our team at Clarkson Civil has accomplished some truly incredible feats. Our Site Division was tasked with creating an access road that would be able to last the lifespan of the solar field that was also being installed simultaneously. The road also had to be built so that during construction phases, the traffic of heavy equipment and deliveries would be able to be transported to and from the project with ease. This project also consisted of the installation of four culverts, a 4,500-foot permeable access road that also required SWPP management, and top-notch engineering from our Site Division project management team.

We feel truly grateful for the opportunities that we have been given earned and been given as our Site Division expanded, and look forward with eagerness to the new opportunities that may come our way. We could not accomplish any of this without our teams in the office and the field being so dedicated to their crafts. We are thankful for all of the support from our vendors, customers, and friends as we continue working towards making 2021 our best year yet!

We would like to give a huge congratulations to our entire Clarkson Civil Team: Sam Beniamino, Max Beniamino, Russ Dimuro, Paul Fulton, Tom Belford, Jeff Smock, Josh Douglas, Andrew Tirabassi, and John Foggett. Congratulations to all – thank you for the hard work!

Our Site Division celebrating their big win!
Beautiful blue skies for our beginning days on the project.
