• What is your role at Hewitt Young Electric?

I am the Service Manager at HYE.

• How long have you been with Hewitt Young?

I have been employed at Hewitt Young for about 9 months.

• What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy interacting with people and solving problems.

• What do you enjoy most about working at Hewitt Young?

The open communication and family atmosphere make working at HYE enjoyable.

• Why do you think customers do business with us?

I think customers do business with us because we are kind, courteous, economical, and we listen to the customer first and foremost.

• How do you define success?

Success is the absence of regret.

• What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I like to explore outdoors and work with antique tools.

• What has been your favorite project at Hewitt Young?

My favorite project at HYE has been the camera upgrade at Excellus.

• If you could pick one theme for Hewitt Young to turn into a book about the company what would it be?

If we were to write a book about Hewitt Young the focus would be about moving forward and creating stability.

• What is on your wish list for the next 10 years with Hewitt Young?

I would like to establish an excellent group of service technicians.

• What is your favorite line from any movie?

“There is no way you came from my loins.” – Jackie Gleason, Smokey and the Bandit 

• If you had one meal to eat for the rest of your life what would it be?

If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be either chicken, cheese, or steak!
