Bailey Hall was a complex project that consisted of both renovation and new construction. The east side of the building was completely gutted and renovated with new state of the art offices, conference rooms, and labs. The east side of the building was added on with new construction and consists of new class rooms. Hewitt Young Electric was responsible for the entire electrical contract which consisted of lighting, daylight harvesting, power, Medium Voltage wiring and terminations, door access, security, data, fire alarm, and temperature control wiring. This project also included a complete Medium voltage upgrade to the campus loop. This project was completed in the summer of 2014.
